• I have a background of Commercial Sales and Leasing as well as sales in Investment Properties. I also owned and operated my family real estate company Ken Wiles Real Estate Limited in Toronto. I was also a director of The Toronto Real Estate Board.

• I also have experience in resort sales selling multi million dollar condos and villas for Raffles Hotels and Jack Nicklaus Golf Communities in both Anguilla and St. Lucia. I still have many contacts in the Caribbean and will soon be offering a page on Caribbean properties for sale.

• I have served as a Director and Chairperson on a variety of committees while I was a member of the Toronto Real Estate Board.

• I have held my CRA and F.R.I. Designations and I am a Broker registered with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act.
